Conference Platform and General Information

a.  General Information

ICChEAS 2021 will be held in the form of a virtual conference using Zoom meeting. Each session will have a host, a moderator (for keynote speeches) or session chair (for paper presentations), presenters, and attendees. The conference platform is hosted by organizer committee which uses Zoom platform to embed ‎video directly into each session. All speakers and moderators in the live sessions and in ‎the live Q&A must use the desktop application of Zoom. This will require all speakers ‎and moderators to have Zoom downloaded on their computers.‎ The conference platform can be accessed and works well in the following internet browsers: ‎Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla FireFox. The platform does not work well in ‎Safari or Internet Explorer so please avoid using these browsers.

The display name formats in zoom meeting are listed below:

a. Host: Host_ICChEAS 2021 Committee
b. Moderator: Moderator_Full name
c. Keynote Speaker: Keynote_Full name_Affiliation
d. Presenter: Presenter_Room Code_Full name_Affiliation
e. Attendees: Attendees_Full name_Affiliation

b. Opening, Keynote dan Sharing Sessions

The host will start the zoom meeting 30 minutes before opening and will start the recording 5 minutes before opening. The opening remarks will be delivered by the Rector of Diponegoro University.

For keynote session:

a. The Keynote Speakers will be Presenting their topic. The talk will be presented live and followed by Q&A.
b. The duration of Keynote Speech is 1 hour.
c. Live presentation = 45 minutes
d. Live Q&A = 15 minutes

For sharing session:

a. The Invited Speakers will be Presenting their topic. The talk will be presented live and followed by Q&A.
b. The duration of Invited Speech is 45 minutes.
c. Live presentation = 30 minutes
d. Live Q&A = 15 minutes

c. Parallel Session

The parallel session will take into two formats: Live presentation or Pre-recorded presentation. Please see the details information below:

a. Live paper presentation sessions will take place using a Zoom webinar format. In the Zoom ‎webinar format, the presenters and moderator will be seen over slide presentation. Presenters will use ‎screenshare to show their slides to the attendees.

b. Prerecorded paper presentation sessions will be presented via an embedded video on the ‎conference platform website. Each presenter will participate in a live Q&A session after finishing the video.

c. The time allowed for each presenter is 10 minutes (5 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)

Important Dates

October, 29 : Last day for conference registration. All presenters must register to participate in a live or prerecorded presentation.

October, 30 :
Final submission deadline for full manuscript.

November, 1 :
Deadline for uploading presentation materials to the ICChEAS Presentation Materials ‎Submission Form.
