The author has to complete the following steps.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c9421f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c9421f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Step 1. Registration Fee<\/strong><\/p><p>It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted abstract to register and pay an appropriate registration fee in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings indexed by Scopus and included in the Technical Program. Each paid registration covers only one abstract\/paper. If an author has more than one accepted abstracts, there will be an additional fee for another abstract, only if the same author is registered for all the accepted abstracts. Special for the authors from the ICChEAS MoA parties, the amount of registration fee is paid as Indonesian category.<\/p><p>When a student registers for presentation, the student must send a copy of University Identification Card showing that he\/she is a full-time student in order to qualify for the discounted rate. The copy of university ID Card should be sent to the Organizing Committee by email to iccheas@live.undip.ac.id. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.<\/p><p>Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded for whatever reason, including if you cannot participate in the conference.<\/p><p>Payment must be made in USD for overseas participants and in IDR for Indonesian participants and must be sent through wire transfer. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
